Skinless whole chicken is the everyday backbone of Indian meat cooking, and getting it right at delivery is more about hygiene than novelty. What we deliver is a whole chicken that has been slaughtered following halal standards, feather-cleaned, skinned, gutted, rinsed and packed in a food-safe wrap the same day — no frozen back-stock, no ammonia rinse.
The chicken meat sits in the medium-fat, high-protein category — 25 grams of clean protein per 100g, low in saturated fat when skinless, and a good source of niacin, B6 and selenium. Culinarily, whole skinless chicken is what a proper home biryani, a Sunday chicken curry, or a slow-simmered chicken stock is built on.

How to cook Skinless Chicken
A slow-roasted whole chicken is a beautiful thing: rub the bird inside and out with a marinade of ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri chilli, hung curd, kasuri methi, salt and mustard oil, rest for 4 hours, and roast in a hot oven at 200°C for 45–50 minutes, basting twice. For a proper Hyderabadi biryani, use a whole chicken cut into 8 large pieces, marinate in a heavy yogurt-and-spice masala overnight, and layer with parcooked basmati rice. For a light home curry, curry-cut chicken cooked in an onion-tomato-yogurt gravy with garam masala is the go-to.
