About Wings
Chicken wings are the small-format, big-flavour cut that has quietly become the most popular party food in Bengaluru living rooms. Two-part wings — the drum and the flat, joint-separated — deliver two very different eating experiences from a single piece of chicken, and the ratio of skin-and-crust to meat is exactly what makes them so satisfying.
We deliver fresh chicken wings, hand-cleaned, and by default un-separated. Tell us on WhatsApp if you want them pre-jointed into drums and flats, or if you want them left whole for tandoor.
Wing meat sits on the higher-fat end of chicken — which is why wings crisp so beautifully in a fry, and why they hold their moisture on a hot grill. For the best wings at home, marinate at least 4 hours and cook at very high heat: crisp outside, juicy inside.

How to cook Wings
A perfect batch of tandoori wings: marinate in hung curd, kashmiri chilli, garam masala, ginger-garlic, kasuri methi, mustard oil and salt overnight; roast in a very hot oven at 240°C for 22 minutes, turning once. For crispy Korean-style wings, dust the wings with cornflour, deep-fry at 170°C for 8 minutes, rest, and re-fry at 190°C for 3 minutes; toss in a gochujang-honey-soy glaze. For a Southern-fried, use a buttermilk-and-hot-sauce marinade and a seasoned-flour coat.
How we deliver it fresh
We source from the coast in the morning, chill it on ice for the drive to Bengaluru and pack it hygienically before it leaves for your door in KR Puram, Whitefield, Marathahalli or the surrounding areas. Nothing here is frozen for days on end and nothing here is chemically treated — the only preservation is temperature. If you order in the morning we deliver the same day; if you order later, we schedule you into the next available slot on WhatsApp before we pack.

Is it halal?
Our poultry is sourced from a supplier who follows halal slaughter and processing standards. Please ask us on WhatsApp if you want a copy of the current certificate before ordering.
